Your first time burning your candle is MOST important, please allow your candle to burn right to the edge to prevent it from tunnelling. This is what we call a 'memory' for your candle. 

It is not recommended to burn your candle for more then 4 hours, exceeding this burn and letting your candle burn out, could run the risk of your jar exploding.
